Landscape Design Services

Option #1 - In-house Consultation

• $75.00 gift certificate is purchased
• 30 minute consultation is booked with one of the qualified staff
• Discuss and choose plants for the landscape
• A quick sketch of the area (not to scale) is provided

Option #2 - On-Site Consultation

• $120 for 1 hour – front yard OR back yard design
• $200 for 2 hours – front and back yard designs
• Properties larger than 50’ x 120’ will cost more. Designer will explain fees.
• Location must be within local service area (Derry Rd to Old Base Line Rd, and Mississauga Rd to Hwy 50)
• There will be a $50 travel premium for locations outside the local service area.
• The designer will help the client to identify planting areas
• Help client with plant selection
• Provide useful tips for the garden
• A rough sketch (not to scale) is provided with plants labeled
• A $20 Garden Gallery gift certificate will be issued to the customer at the end of the consultation.

Option #3 - Custom Design Service - Full Colour Computer Design

• $350 for front yard OR back yard (full lot size is approximately 50’ x 120’, 6000 sq. ft.), or $600 for entire property.
• $600 for front yard OR back yard for lots larger than 6000 sq. ft., or $1000 for entire property.
• If the Custom Design Service is booked during the initial on-site consultation, there will be a $50 credit issued for the cost of the Custom Design Service
• A $20 Garden Gallery gift certificate will be issued to the customer at the end of the consultation (one per customer).
• There will be a $50 travel premium for locations outside the local service area.
• Includes full site analysis identifying structures and plantings currently on property, and detailed measurements are taken.
• A complete to-scale computer generated landscape design is provided. One copy in colour and 1 in black and white, printed on 11” x 17” paper.
• Complete detailed plant list is also provided.
• Plans will be ready for pickup in approximately 2 weeks
