Which plants are guaranteed?
- 100% Plant Guarantee on trees, shrubs and evergreens that are planted in the ground for one year from date of purchase, with original receipt. To upgrade the 1 Year Guarantee to a 2 Year Guarantee use Garden Gallery Plant Starter or Grow 50 Transplant Fertilizer.
- 100% Houseplant Guarantee on all houseplants for 30 days from date of purchase, with original receipt.
Are roses guaranteed?
- YES – Rose Refund Guarantee - If roses fail to grow in the year of purchase, we will give you a replacement rose in the same season. Original receipt must be presented. Roses are not guaranteed over winter.
What will Holland Park Garden Gallery do?
- If your plant dies during the covered period, we will credit the full amount paid.
- The original sales receipt, the Transplant Fertilizer receipt and the dead plant must be presented to honour the guarantee.
Limitations
- Annuals, vegetable plants, perennials, pot flowers and nursery stock that has been overwintered in above ground containers are not covered.
- This warranty does not apply if the death of the tree or shrub is attributable to an incurable disease or a pest that cannot be controlled by pesticides that are available to the public. The current list of uncontrolled insects are:
- Two-lined Chestnut Borer
- Emerald Ash Borer
- Asian Long Horned Beetle
- This warranty does not apply when damage to the tree or shrub was caused by the act of a person, animal or by vandalism.
